Latest News
Due to several issues TAA shut down for several months. However, the summer is approaching and True Artists Alliance will be opening back up for monthly themes, chat, exhibitions, a website, and many other things. This group ran quite solidly in the beginning, and we hope that this summer we can revive it back to its full capacity. Please keep an eye out for updates coming within the next month.

I was hoping to start this up again this summer with all the free time I was planning on having. However I am working full time at this moment and don't have time to manage the group alone. If anyone is interested in becoming co-admins to start up and run this solid group again, please leave a comment here and note the account. Thank you all so much.

TrueArtistsAlliance is currently at a standstill in regards to growth, projects, etc. This is due to a general lack of support from original members. When deviantART's new Groups system is launched, TrueArtistsAlliance will be launched again. However, until then, we are currently at a standstill unless a large group of members are genuinely interested in TAA returning.

well, then why not unite?

get yr members of close vicinity together and pick a common theme (nature, children, industrial, nudes, ect, ect) +, based on their preferred style of art (sketching, photographing, digital manip, ect, ect), ask them to depict what they see. this should arouse something in yr members, including closer friendships (which could also mean bigger projects + events).
